Compton was a great provider and a loving father, grandfather, brother and uncle. He absolutely adored his grandchildren. He never looked for praise and he never cared for material things. He loved being outside gardening and growing his peppers. He also enjoyed cooking and experimenting with new recipes. He went on quietly working for those he loved the most and he was always there for anyone in need. He was a great blessing to all who loved him and he will be deeply missed.
