Cynthia Lynde Thompson

We are saddened to announce the passing of Cynthia Lynde Thompson of Washington, DC, on March 10, 2023.  Predeceased by her parents Ralph Douglas Thompson and Constance Lynde Thompson of Weston, Ma., Cynthia leaves behind her beloved companion Fred and numerous cousins in both Virginia, Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Cynthia was born in Newton, Ma, graduated from Radcliffe College, AB degree and worked many years as an interpreter (French) escort for AID and the US Dept. of State.  Cynthia was an avid reader, passionate listener of classical music, followed ballet, Olympic figure skating, having practiced many years, and a connoisseur of wines.  Our forever memories will remain of special times at her Squam Lake, NH home.
