Dolores Florence Slagle

Dolores F. Slagle passed on Feb 11, 2023.  She was born in Wheelwright, MA on Sept 5, 1929. Daughter of Ida Alden and grew up in Worcester, MA and Devon, CT. She graduated from Commerce High in 1947 and the same year married Robert O. Slagle and lived in Boston, Baltimore, Ft. Riley KS, Arlington, Rockville, and Germany before settling in in McLean in 1961. She was part of Welcome Wagon and Womens Club in McLean. Wrote for the Providence Journal. Graduated from NVCC with an AA in 1978 and was a member of the NOVA Psychic Assoc.  She loved gardening, bike riding, and raising her grandson. She is survived by her son, Glenn B. Slagle, daughter Linda S. McClintock, grandson James Slagle McClintock (wife Jieun), and great grandson Andrew.
