Donald I. Conley

Donald Ivory Conley passed away peacefully on Thursday Sept 14 2023. Don was born Aug 4, 1928 in Prestonsburg KY.  He was in the Navy for 30 years.  He served as Chief Medical Corpsman in Vietnam and with the Marines in several deployments in the Mediterranean.

Mr. Conley lived in Chantilly VA from the mid 1950s until 2017 when he moved to the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Washington DC. (Formally the Old Soldiers Home.) 

He is preceded in death by his loving wife Lois (nee Weidner) and his brother Ben. Nephews Richard Drake, Gary Drake, Michael Conley and Niece Pam Drake Smith, 6 grand nieces and nephews as well as many great grand nieces and nephews survive him.
