Eugene Hill Jr, was born in Washington DC to the late Alice J Lancaster and late Eugene Hill Sr. Eugene grew up in the Woodland ,Hartford Park ,Langston Lane area of SE Washington DC. He went to Staton Elmertry and graduated from Anacostia Sr High School, where he started on the championship team and two time turkey bowl Indians squad. Even as a kid Eugene was bigger then the other kids and had an old soul so the nickname Man was given. And a man he was as a kid , with agility and speed for his size he had offers from top schools all across the Midwest to play offensive line , from Michigan to Nebraska man had his choice to some of the top school’s in the nation. Man loved football but what most people wasn’t aware is that Man had a plan his whole life and football wasn’t apart of it . See his whole time in high school he was in the ROTC , hell he was even in the JR. ROTC . He wanted to be a SGT. in the USMC and after that last Turkey Bowl teammates went to college he was dropped off by Mrs Alice and his little bother (Darvell Lancaster) to the Marines. With pride swelling and beaming from his heart only his physical stops him from the other side of his dream . And right there the first time his heart would become an issue in his life . With his heart being the reason he couldn’t join the USMC ,Man went on to join the US Jobscorp we’re he became a certified painter and carpenter. Once he left the Jobscorp he became an independent painter until he joined the Pentagon as lead of the grounds crew . In his spare time he joined a GoGo band and was immured in the GoGo community, he loved painting , fashion and music. In fact he loved it so much he became minority owner in CityLifeEntInc. And CityZoneCLE. As well as his brother Darvell’s manager. Man was one of CityZoneCLE first Brand Ambassadors , from designing to making sure the company represents for bigger people and always keep them in mind was his motto . Eugene Hill Jr. was a great teammate, best friend , my brother’s keeper , loving son devoted husband and above all a proud member of the Super Dad club .

Eugene Hill Jr , passed away March 21 2022 he leaves behind a host of friends and family, aunts and uncles. His nieces and nephews. He is survived by , his sister Pooh Hill , brother’s Marcus and Dre Hill , Mike Jackson and Darvell Lancaster. His legacy will live in his grandkids Eli Davis , Arianna Davis , Tayvius Davis . His son in law Aaron Davis , his kids Demtruis Bone , Lyriq Brown, Dyamond Hill ,Jahlil Hill , Tygene Hill , Jaelyn Hill , Jarvell Coefield, and Laporsha Hill Davis . His love will lie with CoCo White Hill , my he Rest In Peace . BIG GENE
