Julio E. Pacheco

Julio Pacheco-Mariaca passed away peacefully on January 9, 2020 in Herndon, Virginia. He was a retired consultant to the World Bank. He held a post-graduate degree in astro-physics from the University of Groningen, Holland and an undergraduate degree in mathematics and physics from the University of Central Oklahoma.
He is survived by his daughter, Maria Clemencia Pacheco-Velazquez; son-in-law, Jorge Velazquez; and two grandchildren, Camila Velazquez and Sebastian Velazquez, of Vienna Virginia.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 20th at 11am at Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church in Vienna Virginia.
