Mary June Gellios

Mary June Gellios of Alexandria, VA passed peacefully on March 28, 2020 at 9:45AM.

Mary was an accountant at Burke & Herbert Bank and First Virginia Bank before computers. She sacrificed her life and her parenthood to help Jim’s family, and she raised nieces and nephews whose parents were divorced, especially Mike’s son, John, for almost fifteen years. She helped and took care of Jim’s brothers and all of them except for Mike turned their backs on Mary and Jim and gave them hard times, and they lived in hell for fourteen years. She took care of Jim’s mother in the nursing home.

Surviving are her husband, Demetrios Jim Gellios, her sister Phyllis Mullins and her niece Jacky, her brother Robert Mullins any Family of Mossyrock, WA, her brother Douglas G. Mullins, his wife Sandy and family, her nephew Eddie Ray Gilley and family of Sparta, TN, J.R. Powers of Texas, her nephew Tim Moneypenny, his sister Vicki and their families, nephews Jim and Ricky Ball of West Virginia, nieces Nancy Hogan, Patricia Shea, Diana Schockley, nephews Douglas and Jimmy Mullins or Manassas, and niece Linda Sue Britt of Portsmouth.
