Zonia Marabel Ventura

July 7, 1967 ~ April 6, 2022 (age 54) 54 Years Old

Tribute

Zonia Marabel Ventura Franco, age 54, went to her eternal rest on Wednesday, April 6, 2022. She was born in the City of Usulutan, la Ceiba, Eregueyquin, El Salvador. Zonia is the beloved wife of 30 years of Jose B Ventura. She is the daughter of Jaime Aparicio Torres and Maria Martha Torres Franco. Sister of Gladys Mares Franco, Jaime Hamilton Torres, Silvia Salic Franco. Niece of,  Maria Santio Cruz. Francisca Franco, Rina Franco.

Zonia poured her heart into every person she met and filled their lives with laughter and love. She accepted Christ at a young age and she attended her Pentecostal church where joy and love were ever present through Zonia. She lit up every conversation she walked into, and her laughter was contagious. She loved children and was sure to make friends with kids at every event she attended. She cherished her grandchildren and nephews and relentlessly spoiled her granddaughter Zoey Isabella Franco and grandson Milton Noel Franco Jr.

Zonia  always was a hard-working woman and migrated from El Salvador back in the 80’s for a better future & living. Her first son is Milton Noel Franco. Second son, Giovanni Edenilson Ventura. Third son, Jamie Josue Ventura. Zonia overcame any challenges to provide for her children & family.

Zonia worked a tough job (which many women aren't up for) with a concrete company in Northern Virginia. She met one of her good friends Onesima at that job. Both grew a bond as if they were sisters, for many years. They shared many stories with each other and grew a beautiful friendship.

Zonia  expressed her love through food and making the best Pupusas & panes de pollo that all her sons and close friends loved and will be miss. She enjoyed making and sharing meals with family and friends. She also enjoyed spending time outdoors. She loved spending time with her family back in Los Angeles when she lived there and loved talking on the phone to all her friends and family. She always had funny stories about her family.

Zonia Loved God with a passion and always encouraged everyone to follow the Lord.

Zonia will live in our hearts forever.
